    Siding, grading, decks, porches, walkways and drainage.

    Basement, crawlspace, framing and signs of movement or water.

Meet Shaun

I’m a Certified Professional Inspector trained by InterNACHI, and every inspection I do follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, I know what it means to do a job thoroughly and pay attention to detail.

I also bring more than 20 years of construction experience, so I know how homes are built and where problems tend to hide.

I don’t think of home inspections as just a job. It’s an honor to help protect you and your family, whether that’s your safety or your finances.
